The Beginning When I asked the husband what he wanted for his birthday and he said to go to Marrakech, I initially thought, ‘ouch, that’s not somewhere I’d want to go in the warmer months’, but as it was on my travel list for this year anyway I thought, ‘why not’. I have braved hotter temperatures in my pursuit of world travel! This was booked about three weeks prior to travel and was a decent deal for a 5 star resort - even the travel agent was surprised. I often check back often after I’ve booked a holiday to gauge (as much as it can be gauged) how holiday prices fluctuate. Within 5 days of the booking the price had risen considerably and was more than double by the time we flew out.
